Developed by the York University Disaster and Emergency Management Program through the York University Academic Innovation Funds, SmallBCP Toolkit is an initiative to help small Canadian businesses start and maintain their business continuity plan. SmallBCP Toolkit provides step by step scalable online tools to the owners, managers, and employees of small businesses to develop business continuity plans and reduce the potential human and financial impacts of disruptive events as well as quick and efficient resumption and recovery after such events.

Information contained in this toolkit walks you through the following five standard steps of business continuity planning process:
