Sophie Majeau-Chiasson, M.Sc., MA., is a Management Advisor at Plante & Associates specialized in the analysis of business functions and processes and the identification of optimal Business Continuity and Crisis Management strategies and solutions to implement in order to mitigate organizational risk.

Mrs. Majeau-Chiasson holds a Master of Science Degree from HEC Montreal where she concentrated Business Continuity and Management. In doing so, she developed an analytic model of Risk Management in her Master’s thesis concerning Manager’s perception of crisis and risks that jeopardize Business Continuity: the case of flu pandemic A/H1N1. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Université Paris VIII where she specialized on “Canadian Security policies and individual rights post September 11, 2001”.

Beyond her important consultant work, Mrs. Majeau-Chiasson is currently a member of the Caisse Desjardins Allard – St-Paul Board of Directors and has working knowledge of French, English, Spanish and Hebrew.
